By accessing or using our website, submitting candidate details, or sending employer enquiries, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

01. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) EA Regulation

All recruitment services, candidate registrations, Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass processing operations conducted via Chengtu.sg strictly adhere to the Singapore Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92) and MOM regulatory directives. We do not engage in illegal placement practices or charge unauthorized agency fees.

02. Candidate Registration & Free Application Policy

Candidate registration and profile submission on Chengtu.sg is 100% free.

Candidates must provide authentic, accurate personal identification, trade certificates, and employment history documents.

Providing falsified passports, trade certificates, or medical records will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to relevant authorities.

03. Employer Hiring & Verification Terms

Singapore construction contractors and business employers requesting candidate worker profiles agree to use candidate information strictly for recruitment screening and Work Permit application purposes under Ministry of Manpower guidelines. Employers remain responsible for complying with MOM quota limits, fair consideration frameworks, and dormitory/medical housing provisions.

04. No Visa Guarantee Disclaimer

While ChengTu Consulting Pte. Ltd. facilitates screening, trade evaluation, and application submission, all In-Principle Approvals (IPA) and Work Permit issuances are strictly subject to final approval by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Submission of an application does not guarantee visa or employment approval.

05. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Candidate data is only shared with verified Singapore employers upon explicit consent.
